About this property

This inviting holiday lodge can be found sitting on the beautiful Kings Chalet Park, in close reach of the excitement of Cromer's coast. An all-ground-floor abode boasting a homely charm, this property is perfect for your family escape to the beachfront of Cromer. The open-plan living space offers a wonderful social element, where you can settle on the comfy sofas and watch the television for those relaxing evenings, or grab a board game and sit around the dining table for hours of family fun. The kitchen area offers a good range of utensils to cater to your culinary requirements, with all of an electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice box, the cottage offers every essential for preparing a lovingly-made meal. End each evening by retiring to either of the two charming bedrooms, taking your pick from either the double room or the twin hosting two 2'6" singles, making an ideal sleeping spot for the little ones, while both bedrooms are served by the cheery, modern bathroom where you can start each day with a refreshing shower, or end it with a relaxing soak in the bath. The local area of the cottage is a true idyll, with plenty of amenities and attractions just a short stroll from the property; while away the hours in one of the many waterfront restaurants in Cromer, where you can indulge in fresh seafood such as the famed Cromer crab accompanied by unrivalled views, or spend time as a family together crabbing off the Victorian wonder of the town's pier, where you can also find attractions such as theatre shows, a museum and a RNLI lifeboat station where you can learn about the exciting history of Cromer's lifeboats. Near to the chalet, there is an access gate that leads to a footpath and then onto a green space known as Happy Valley, where there is a children's play area, and also within a minute or so you are at the cliftops looking across the sea and towards the pier. The walk into town via this route takes around 10 minutes. Stroll along the town's clifftop promenade to be greeted by beautiful gardens and panoramic views of the seas below, or explore the Blue Flag beach up close by relaxing on its golden sands and building sandcastles with your loved ones. Explore the wonders of Amazona Zoo, home to over 200 animals including owls, otters and iguanas, or venture over to Sheringham to find even more excitement such as another wonderful beach, great shopping experiences, the National Trust wonder of Sheringham Park holding various family-friendly attractions throughout the year, and much more to keep all ages and tastes amused. Perfectly placed for a beachfront escape, Pebbles is a delight of a dwelling to base your family retreat to East Anglia.

Cromer is a bustling seaside town resting in North Norfolk, boasting a good range of amenities and attractions to keep all ages entertained. Roam its clifftop promenade, with its commanding views and pretty gardens to explore, or spend time relaxing on the beauty of the Blue Flag Beach. An ideal place to spend time doing very little. The chalet is well- equipped and owners very responsive. It was perfect for 2 with a room each and although it has beds for 4, it is probably a little small for us with teenaged children. A young family could enjoy a great break here. Walking distance to Cromer by road or coast path, it's a gem on the north Norfolk coast. I shall return with my partner and 4 legged friend!

A quiet spacious lodge site on the edge of the Cromer coast. Everything was spotless and we were impressed with the thought that had gone into the small touches. To have washing up liquid and milk etc already there makes a short stay so much easier than having to buy everything. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return soon! Thank you to the owners for providing such an excellent home.

It’s a lovely walk into Cromer town along the coast as well. Good for dogs.
