Enjoying countryside views to the rear and a convenient location near a host of amenities, Norfolk Coast AONB and The Broads, Bumbles invites four guests and one well-behaved dog, making the ideal base whilst exploring East Anglia. Benefit from designated parking for two cars, before entering the cottage, firstly starting in the homely sitting room; unwind in this space after a day of traversing, complete with a warming electric fire, TV with access to Netflix and Prime. Delve into one of the many books on offer or set up a board game in the dining room/conservatory, as the chef of the family prepares meals in the well-equipped kitchen, ready to enjoy around the dining table. Watch the sun set over the Norfolk countryside by venturing to the rear garden, also made up for alfresco dining. As the night unfolds, catch some rest in one of two well-appointed bedrooms, including a king-size and a double, both serviced by a spacious bathroom. Kickstart your morning by exploring the surrounding area, where you can stock up on the essentials or grab a bite to eat at a nearby café or restaurant; local favourites include The Foundry (recommended to book), The Gangway in Cromer and Sheringham, West Street Deli in Cromer, and the Grey Seal Coffee in Cromer, Sheringham and Wells. For attractions, head to the coastline, with Overstrand beach being a popular landscape, due to its golden shoreline and low tide, before visiting Amazona Zoo, touring the RNLI Henry Blogg Museum, or locating the local pier, peppered with eateries, shops and the Pavilion Theatre. Continue towards Sheringham, firstly exploring the pretty grounds of Felbrigg Hall, Gardens & Estate, ahead of boarding the North Norfolk Railway with a plethora of events, completing your day upon the breath-taking Sheringham Beach, lined with colourful beach huts. The property is set in a really quiet little village with a safe little enclosed garden (no grass) for your pet. It’s located well for exploring the beaches. We walked to the beach everyday but you can easily drive and park. The walk to Cromer on the beach is lovely. Walking the other way is so beautiful with the little beach huts but depending on the time of year dogs are restricted. The cottage had everything we needed for a holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely crockery. The settee was comfy. Bathroom has bath and shower. The water pressure was amazing. Bedroom comfy and clean. Overall it was one of the nicest properties we have stay in. Our little dog loved it too.

We found the table very small for two people let alone four adults it would be fine for the kitchen for breakfast , a bigger table would fit in the lounge or conservatory. We loved the conservatory and garden but more comfortable garden chairs needed and a sun umbrella. The lack of these items did not stop us having a lovely holiday at Bumbles.

However, the outdoor furniture could be improved.
