After a day of exploring, enjoy a sundowner on the patio or snuggle up in front of the TV for a movie night.

The cosy, home-away-from-home has an open-plan layout and is decorated in a contemporary style. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering break, and the inviting lounge/diner is a lovely place to relax at the end of the day; snuggle up on the sofa next to the wood burner-effect electric fire to watch TV or sit at the dining table to share a romantic dinner for two. Just off the lounge/diner is a sunny seating area overlooking the garden – the ideal spot for a morning coffee. When day turns to night, climb the stairs to the delightful double bedroom for a good night’s rest. A spacious bathroom completes the accommodation. Heading to the coast, you’ll have a fantastic choice of sandy beaches within easy reach, including Mundesley, Cromer, and Sheringham, as well as direct access to the Norfolk Coast Path. For shopping and eating out, head to the bustling market town of Holt (6.5 miles), where you’ll find a fabulous array of independent restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.
