The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides an ideal social setting with ample room for all guests to dine together.

With flexible sleeping accommodation, The Ballroom is ideal for large families or a group of friends alike, with two of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms offering a choice of either twin beds or a super-king size bed, and all five enjoying their own en-suites with powerful rainfall showers.

Outside the wow factor continues with multiple areas to enjoy including an al-fresco dining terrace with sun loungers; a roof top terrace with giant chess set; and a sunken fire pit area, perfect for enjoying the dark night sky. The garden is mostly lawned and beautifully planted with further views along the coast and countryside, and little ones will delight in the tree house. At nearly an acre in size, you can enjoy a mixture of flat, wooded grounds and formal planting. Please be aware that the grassed area on the seaward side of the house is sloped and therefore caution is advised in wet conditions. In addition to the superb views, the garden is also fully enclosed and the adjacent parking area offers ample off-road parking for seven cars, perfect if you are sharing the house with friends or family.

The coastal village of Blakeney lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and benefits from the North Norfolk Coastal Path which can be picked up along the quayside, along with plenty of outdoor activities on land and sea to entertain all ages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute bed configuration requests on the two bedrooms with zip and link beds, please ensure you advise us of your preference at the booking stage.

One-well behaved dog welcome under prior arrangement only, please contact our bookings team to discuss. There is an additional charge of £100 for a dog.

Children and babies welcome. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available on request, please bring your own cot linen.

A handrail has been fitted to the stairway to the first floor since image taken.

Charcoal barbecue provided. Please leave the barbecue in the condition you would wish to find it. Thank you in advance.

Please note that the lawned garden is sloped and can become hazardous when damp/wet.

While the garden is almost an acre in size, there are very steep tiers in parts - care should be taken with young children and those with restricted mobility.

There is a tree house located in the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.
