Snaptrip says

Henstead Hall is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its spaciousness, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. Guests have celebrated special occasions here, enjoying the large garden, well-appointed kitchen, and extra touches like a snooker table and quality bed linens. While some minor maintenance issues were noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently mentioned the property being clean and well-kept, with one report of swift action taken to address an issue with ladybirds. The high standard of cleanliness contributed to the overall positive experience.

There are limited comments on the location, with only a few mentions of nearby activities and beaches. Due to insufficient information, a score cannot be accurately provided.

The comfort of the property is frequently highlighted, with guests finding the beds very comfortable and the house spacious enough for large groups. The provision of quality bed linens and towels also contributed to the comfort level.

The property boasts a range of facilities including a well-equipped kitchen, snooker table, and entertainment options. However, some guests reported issues with maintenance, such as an out-of-tune piano and a broken fridge tray, slightly impacting the score.

Several reviews mention a welcome pack, which indicates thoughtfulness on the part of the hosts. However, as gifts are not guaranteed and there were some concerns about responsiveness to issues, the score reflects this balance.

The snooker room was a big hit with everyone and caused much hilarity. The dining room was great as it sat all 12 of us comfortably as was the kitchen. The only problem we had was the downstairs toilet door lock trapped a person inside twice and had to be rescued.Other than that we had a fabulous weekend and would not hesitate to go back anytime Many thanks Michael
