Step into this cosy, open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas which are all on the ground floor. There is a lovely gas stove to take the chill off during cooler months while watching a movie, after a day out exploring. Upstairs, takes you to a double room with a small en-suite shower room, and the room is big enough for a cot, ideal for a first holiday with a new family member! Take a walk down your secluded garden to the patio, an ideal spot for a morning coffee while planning the adventures of the day! Just a few minutes from the popular waterside town of Wroxham where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the area by waterway, you will find yourself in the relaxing, beautiful Norfolk countryside. For railway enthusiasts too, there is the Bure Valley Railway Bittern Line close by, and within a walk, the Ashmanhaugh Light Railway to visit. A short drive away is the historic city centre of Norwich, which is excellent for shopping and cultural events throughout the year. This cottage is ideal whatever the time of the year.

Wroxham is commonly known as the “Capital of the Broads” and is the main centre for boating on the Broads. It is home to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as numerous boating emporia.
