Situated adjacent to the owners’ home yet retains full privacy. Welcoming to families, but an ideal choice for older family members.

Found to be the perfect location to use as a base for cycling. Very flat, small lanes with minimum traffic. If routes planned beforehand then busy major roads can be avoided. Accomodation wonderful, our hosts very friendly but not intrusive. Local pub, The Wildfowler very friendly, good food. Overall excellent stay.

A fantastic Disabled Friendly Cottage, very enclosed garden for dogs and the owner is on hand next door if there are any problems.Clear view to Kings Lynn from the rear only farmers fields. So great to do some observations and watch Deer in the fields (unfortunately the field was too high to see any hares) and at twilight watch the Bats skimming.Property is absolutely spotless and the superb welcome basket was one of the best we have had.Local shops about 3 miles away (6 mins by car) with a good co-op, Chinese and fish and chips.Kings Lynn itself about 10mins away by car (big Sainsbury's and Tesco's just off bypass)Hugely recommend the property if your up that way.

My wife and I and. our German shepherd certainly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend Willows Barn without hesitation.
