Chaff cottage was so quaint. It had just about everything for a perfect break. Except I caught my shin on the post at bottom of bed, 6 times, so a few bruises, and I did break the skin once, but the before was so comfy, maybe a lower flat pillow for choice?I missed a nice garden relaxing chair for those lovely warm evenings where I could read and snooze.But all said, everything was available. Loved being able to have nice walks not to far, and the chippy was so handy. Im glad we took our dogs bed, he was the perfect pooch and stayed off the furniture as requested, nice that dogs can have a change too.A very thorough book with all appliances instructions was very welcome, no having guess what the icons meantDefinitely a good place to stay.

Spent the August bank holiday staying at Chaff Cottage in the beautiful village of Castle Acre …The Cottage was even better than the photos, Home from Home, every thing we needed was to hand . We both loved the super king bed ( slept like babies) definitely a 10/10.Fell in love with the village, fantastic cafe and amazing dog walks . Our dogs Charlie and Edie had a very exhausting holiday as we had some wonderful days out …would definitely stay here again . A relaxing, comfortable weekend in a beautiful part of the world. Made use of the local pubs, fish and chip shop and Budgens shop, all within walking distance of Chaff Cottage. Some lovely walks by the river; again, no need to use the car.
