Guests say

Tabusintac is a well-regarded cottage in King's Lynn, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, and the added bonus of a large conservatory. While some minor maintenance issues and outdated welcome gifts were noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests willing to return.

The property is consistently described as very clean, with only a minor note regarding dust on top of cabinets and the fridge freezer, suggesting high standards of cleanliness.

The location is deemed great, with easy access to local attractions and coastal resorts. The proximity to the A149 is highlighted as convenient, although there is no specific mention of the immediate surroundings.

Comfort is generally praised, with the property described as lovely and the conservatory as a big plus. However, there are comments about the narrow single beds and a small en suite shower, which could affect comfort for some guests.

Facilities are well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen. Some maintenance issues like the lounge light, washing line, and lack of recycling bin are noted, suggesting room for improvement.

While guests mention welcome gifts such as milk, biscuits, and tea, there are concerns about their freshness. As gifts are not consistently mentioned across reviews, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness, but it's polite to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Lovely property. Great facilities. Would have been good to have had instructions on how to put the heating on.

Very nice cottage, very clean and well equipped.Just a few issues though. The milk left for us ran out of date on the day we arrived. The biscuits left had a best before date of Feb 25, 6 months out of date. The tea bags in the cupboard had a best before date of 2023, 2 years out of date. The light in the lounge needs a few links taking out of the chain to raise it. No good when you are 6’ 3” and keep banging your head. The outside washing line is old and does not lock when you pull it out. A prop would be handy. The tops of the bathroom cabinets and fridge freezer have not been cleaned in a while. No outside bin for recycling. I appreciate this is classed as a business address but there should still be a recycling bin. Such a waste for glass and plastic to go in the general waste bin. Not very environmentally friendly. The en suite shower is very small. Could have fitted a larger one by not putting in the tall cupboard which is not really necessary.Having said all this we would come back here and had a great time. Visited lots of places in North Norfolk.
