Animal lovers can spend a day at the RSPB bird sanctuary close to the beach, which is just a few miles away and makes for a quaint day out with the family. Further afield, the Sandringham Estate offers a day out exploring picture-perfect gardens, along with the 400-acre grounds of this historic royal estate.
