Excellent touring base to discover the North Norfolk coastline with attractions for all ages. Coastal path for walking, rspb nature and bird reserve nearby. Golf and bowls locally. Norfolk Lavender 1 mile, the Royal Sandringham Estate and museum 7 miles. Hunstanton 3 1/2 miles, for Sea Life Centre, leisure centre, cliff top golf, watersports, shops and restaurants. Kings Lynn for shops, pubs, cafes and theatre.

Lovely bungalow, clean and tidy and fab garden for the dogs, fab location for the beach, and walking into Hunstanton.few small points which wouldn't stop us booking again, just a helpful hint.take a portable mirror, couldn't find a plug near the mirrors in the bedroom to dry and straighten hair, there isn't any spare cupboard space in the kitchen, but managed to use shelf and spare worktop space to store a few food items we brought.. the kitchen has everything you need so again not an issue.. agree with a previous review, the gate would be far better if slightly taller, we have a husky who could have easily have jumped it in his younger days, also wasn't clear if there was a specific recycling bin. very cosy at night and a lovely garden to sit and have a glass of wine and look at the stars..

Just one problem with hot tap in kitchen we didn’t use it all week as it drips and is loose other than that all fine
