An average location . generally very clean and tidy but the wet roomn could do with a complete refit

We enjoyed our stay. Wish the bottom hedge was higher and thicker as the dogs reacted to everyone that walked by. Would have liked more bowls / dishes.Had to wash glasses and cutlery before use. The bottle of fizz was a nice touch. Coffee machine needs replacing.
