Guests appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, proximity to beaches and local amenities, and the secure garden. Overall, visitors enjoyed their stay and found the location convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

Most guests found the property clean and tidy, but several mentioned stains on sofas, carpets, and mattresses, as well as some areas needing deeper cleaning, particularly the stairs and shower.

The location was highly praised for its quiet setting, proximity to beaches, local shops, and easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for both relaxation and exploration.

Guests found the bedrooms spacious and the house generally comfortable, but some reported uncomfortable beds, thin walls, and a small shower, which affected their overall comfort.

The kitchen was well-equipped but lacked some basics like oven gloves and enough mugs. Issues with the garden, bathroom fittings, and insufficient hooks were noted, along with minor maintenance concerns.

Sandringham House is in a residential area of Heacham, so it's very quiet which is good. The house is very spacious with 3 good sized double bedrooms. The kitchen had all the implements we needed apart from teaspoons which we decided to purchase a couple !The only thing which we feel let the property down was the condition of the sofa's and stair carpet, these where in need of a good clean, as stated in previous reviews. I understand in a busy holiday season it would be difficult to do with the weekly changeovers however these stains appear to have been there a while.I would thoroughly recommend to anyone saying that.

A great house. Nice layout. Lovely and quiet for a nice peaceful holiday. All the amenities you need. Well maintained.Could do with a few more hooks in the bathrooms. All the games at the property were naff, broken, or bits missing.

The house is lovely and modern. Well fitted kitchen and utility room as well. The proximity to beaches and amenities were perfect. Some little things which do let it down though but only slightly (and hopefully they get rectified). The downstairs toilet would not stop running the water into the bowl, we eventually had to turn off the water to the cistern and could then only use the upstairs toilet. We told the owner and she said this has happened before and a plumber said nothing wrong with it!The garden is basic but practical but the grass really needed mowing, it was 10 inches tall in a lot of places making it difficult to see where our dog had done its business but we managed to eventually find them. The garden says enclosed (which it is) BUT there were gaps under the fence on the right hand side that our JRT could easily have crawled under. I did notice these gaps on the original photos and contacted cottages.com who in turn checked and we were told that the person that cleans takes her dog and it’s never escaped. We had to use some of the garden furniture to block off some of the bigger holes and watch him to make he didn’t try to move them.
