Kick back and relax as you click on the TV, allowing your other half to whip up a tasty meal to be enjoyed either at the intimate breakfast bar or outside on the private garden patio area with seating; crack open a bottle of bubbly and toast to a wonderful getaway whilst considering how to spend the days ahead. When the evening draws to a close, retire to a sumptuous king-size bed or alternatively indulge in a revitalising shower before heading to the local pub. Nearby is the historic market town of Kings Lynn, with a wide selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops to peruse; nature lovers will love exploring the Roydon Common National Nature reserve and the woodland surrounding the nearby Sandringham Royal estate. History buffs may appreciate a trip to the True’s Yard Fisherfolk Museum and Stories of Lynn- Museum and Old Gaol Cells whereas a more relaxing pastime can be found with a stroll along the River Great Ouse. The English Heritage site of Castle Rising is within easy reach as is Kings Lynn golf club for those looking to enjoy this top-100 course. With so much to see and do, this delightful home is ideal for couples hoping to get out and explore the wonders of Norfolk.

On the River Great Ouse sits the famous mediaeval port of King's Lynn, which dates to the 12th century. The town is a treasure mine for history buffs, with large merchant homes, art galleries, museums, and the Custom House, a Grade I listed edifice that was constructed in 1683 by Henry Bell. The town retains its original winding streets and alleys, and boasts good shopping facilities, with a combination of national retailers and specialist shops, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants. The West Norfolk shoreline is easily accessible by car, and most of the surrounding Norfolk countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Particularly Hunstanton is well known for its stunning beaches and sunsets. A number of locations along the coast provide boat excursions, and the Norfolk Coast Cycleway connects King's Lynn with Cromer. A short drive away is Sandringham, the magnificent rural residence of The Queen, and it is highly recommended that you stop by the spectacular Visitor Center there.
