Hidden away so that you could miss it when passing by, The Hayloft really does feel like a secret romantic escape for two. Right in the heart of the action but hidden away with its own courtyard garden with seating area, and a private balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy an elevated view of the Church and the distant sea view. The Hayloft was converted in the summer of 2017 from a building dating back to the late 1800s and believed to be a place for stabling the horses when the mail was delivered to the town.
The Hayloft has been lovingly converted by the owners with fixtures, fittings and very comfortable furnishings. There is an open plan living space downstairs with the kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find yourself in the bedroom with an additional area for sitting comfortably in total privacy, this leads out to the outdoor balcony for you to enjoy late summer night evenings.
It provides a quiet and relaxing getaway, for those looking to enjoy all that Hunstanton has to offer, while also grabbing some peace and quiet and privacy. With so much to do in Hunstanton itself you could park your car on arrival, The Hayloft has its own private parking space, and then not use it until it’s time to go home, as everything is reachable on foot. A truly relaxing retreat for you to relax and enjoy this central location in Hunstanton. Beach 300 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

The Hayloft is ideally situated in the centre of Hunstanton with all amenities, including the beach, within a few minutes walk. The accommodation is set up for two people and a dog. The spec says small dog, use your judgement but anything bigger than a Labrador won't fit! On arrival the Hayloft was very clean and there was a welcome pack and a jar of dog treats. Attention needs to be drawn to the bedroom as the pitch of the ceiling is very steep and if you are 6ft tall you will struggle. Outside there is a nice courtyard but this is half covered over so it doesn't really provide a nice area to sit out in.

The Hayloft is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The down stairs is quite compact with the upstairs being larger but has the sloping ceiling. The upstairs balcony would be great in better weather.The position of the property is great for the main amenities. A short walk to the sea front and local shops, bars and restaurants.
