A gorgeous dog-friendly property just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton. Set in enclosed gardens with the added bonus of a lovely hot tub, there is also an award winning links golf course close by.
The Warren is perfect for family and friends who are looking for that special detached ‘hideaway’ by the beach. Set in mature and spacious enclosed gardens this wonderful retreat is the perfect spot to wallow in the hot tub as you enjoy the private gardens.
The Warren has the option to accommodate bookings of either four guests, six guests or ten guests (please choose the option you need and the correct price will then show).
The pretty carrstone village of Old Hunstanton has local shops, a Michelin starred restaurant,The Neptune, and beach cafe. Within a few minutes walk there is an award-winning links golf course which borders the beach. The Victorian resort of Hunstanton is just a mile away and provides a wide range of facilities to enjoy. Ten miles to the east is the Georgian village of Burnham Market, a popular shopping destination with interesting boutique shops.
Additional Information
When booking The Warren for four guests only, the games room, quad children's bedroom and a double bedroom will not be available for use. If you would like the games room available under the low occupancy price, please note there will be an extra £100.00 charge.
Please specify on booking if you would like the hot tub, for an additional £250. Please note is is cleaned and refilled for each guest, so may not be up to heat on the first evening.
Up to three well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Please note, there is no starter pack (which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.

Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. A comfortable house if you have dogs, children and are a multi generational family. Plenty of space and very clean on arrival. Old Hunstanton offers much, including lovely beach walks, golf, beach cafe and local shop. My husband is a fan of The Gin Trap pub in Ringstead. Well worth a visit. I question whether the garden is totally secure. Muntjac deer visit every night, meaning a way in and out. However, our dogs did stay in the garden, with supervision. Our holidays in North Norfolk are all the better for being able to take our dogs, which you can do very easily. A very dog friendly county. They love their beach holiday. Five stars from them and us too. We have booked with Norfolk Hideaways several times and thoroughly recommend them.

that The Warren was beautiful, such a warm and welcoming house and we loved the treats. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again. Whilst there I completed my challenge with my doggies walking 60 miles to raise money for Dementia Uk, my dear dad has dementia and he walked with us all and was thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed his stay too.
