Firefly glamping cabin is set is a beautiful quiet Norfolk countryside surrounded by forests and a nature reserve. With luxury spa facilities on site, this is a real treat for anyone to find.

Situated in an open meadow on the outskirts of King Edward viii wood in the under-acknowledged brecklands, Firefly is as ephemeral as the namesakes that flit over the surface of Thompson’s Lake a mile away. There are miles of walks and cycles from your doorstep, so you can ditch your car and enjoy the great outdoors.

Step through the wide glazed double doors of the cabin into the cool, laid back interior and you will find the perfect spot to kick back and relax.This main cabin is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with electric effect wood burning stove and squishy leather seating. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, gas oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and all you will need to give you the perfect home from home feel. There is also a private en-suite bathroom with a large shower, flushing toilet, wash basin, mirror and some spa essential products in the cabin. Attached to the cabin is the bespoke pod which is a spacious separate bedroom space where you will find a comfortable luxury king-size bed with pillows, duvets and sheets provided. The pod has fantastic views across the pastureland.

The outside of the cabin has a fully enclosed garden area with garden furniture, where you can sit back and relax, and a gas fire pit which you can use for warmth and ambience or turn it into a barbecue with the hot plate. Take some time to sit and watch out for the abundant wildlife – the adjacent land is owned by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust – you are sure to see some of the creatures up close.

The hut has the added benefit of a choice of two outdoor spa areas. The Lotus Spa and The Lilly Pad Spa. Please see below for further information. There is also a neighbouring hut 'Dragonfly' so two couples or friends can take a break together without sharing.

Please note there is a £100 security deposit that is taken a few days before your holiday and held until departure.

Garden table with chairs. Garden bench.

Gas fire pit/barbecue with hot plate.

Allocated parking space a short walk from Firefly.

The Lilly Pad Spa offers a Hot tub, Sauna, Relaxation area and Solar Shower which are available to book with private use. This spa is open 24 hours a day and 90 minute slots can be booked on our black board located near the spa area. You may return for additional slots in off peak times. You can add this extra to your booking for £33 per couple per slot. A basket with robes towels and instructions are included in this cost.

The Lotus spa area with Natural swimming pool, swim spa, hot tub, barrel sauna, and relaxation area. The relaxation area is an elegant safari tent with a wood burner shower and changing facilities. Robes and towel will be provided. Refreshments; Selection of teas, Coffee & Juices
