The Carriage House is a beautifully situated single story property in Old Hunstanton. It forms part of a small select complex of barn conversions and sits in a private spot. It has its own entrance and wonderfully planted cottage garden with bench and BBQ. The accommodation is extremely comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms/shower rooms. The living space is all in one room with a small kitchen area to one end and double doors to the garden. The whole house is sunny and bright. The beach at Old Hunstanton is about a 10 minute walk away.

The owners also provide a welcome pack that consists of a bottle of Prosecco, bread, scones, butter and jam, tea, coffee and fresh milk.

The Carriage House can be booked in conjunction with Trefoil a larger than average beach hut just a few minutes walk from the house.

Accommodation

Studio style sitting room/kitchen:
Open plan room with full height vaulted ceiling and exposed ‘A’ frames. Kitchen to one end. Electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Well equipped. Sofa and two tub chairs, good selection of books. TV and DVD player. Radio and iPod docking station. Table and chairs overlooking the lovely gardens and double doors that open onto the patio area.
Master Bedroom:
Comfortable king sized bed with bedside tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobe and dressing table with mirror over. En suite bathroom: with bath and hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, WC bidet and basin. Heated towel rail.
Twin/ Double bedroom:
Two full sized twin beds, can be zipped to make a king size (on request), bedside table and lamps, fitted cupboard and chest of drawers. TV for DVD's only.
Shower room:
Wet room style shower with WC and basin, Heated towel rail.
Outside:
The house is situated on a small private complex of restored barns, the area is peaceful and well landscaped with the owners taking great pride in their gardens. The Carriage House is in a private spot with a beautifully planted cottage garden. There is a BBQ and garden furniture.
