Keepers Cottage is a wonderful example of a characterful and authentic bolthole with light and airy rooms which all have views over the wrap-around garden. Decorated and furnishing in a calm yet contemporary Scandinavian style, the holiday cottage is practical and comfortable, as well as very peaceful. There’s plenty of room to spread out or come together on the ground floor, with a well-equipped kitchen, sitting room, family room and snug, all with modern fittings and luxurious extras. Two generous king-sized and one twin bedroom are well served by two modern bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.

There’s ample outdoor space to enjoy too, including an outdoor dining area that is ideal for barbecues and meals in the sun. The private gardens are enclosed and there’s a gate leading straight out to private estate woodland walks. Not forgetting the swimming pool and tennis court on the estate, which are available for guests to book over the summer months.

Just a short drive to the beautiful coast and some huge beaches as well as Hunstanton, Sandringham and Burnham Market, yet surrounded by quiet lanes and tracks, Keepers Cottage really is a great base for exploring or simply unwinding and immersing yourself in wildlife and peace.

Also on the Fring Estate, you can also book Park Cottage in conjunction with Gardener’s Cottage for larger parties. Together they are called Cottages in the Walled Gardens. Plus there is also a Little Potting Shed set into the Walled Garden which offers a romantic hideaway setting, perfect for lovebirds wanting quiet time together.

Additional Information

Up to three well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Please not that the garden is enclosed but not fully dog-proof.

The duvets and pillows are synthetic.

Use of a communal tennis court and outside heated swimming pool (a 10 minute walk from the property) from 29th March- 30th September, 10am - 4pm. Please remember to book in advance.
