This delightful self-contained single storey annexe tucked quietly away in the beautiful coastal village of Thornham offers couples, or indeed a single holidaymaker, a super little bolt hole for a year round getaway in this beautiful area of coastal North Norfolk.
Sitting at the far end of Ploughman's Piece, a quiet residential cul-de-sac set back from the coast road, Little Hayman is all on one level and presents with very pleasant, light and airy dual aspect, and deceptively spacious, accommodation. Open the entrance door and you are welcomed into a sunny L-shaped living area, with comfortable seating set around a widescreen Smart television and a dining area to the left, and a well-planned fitted corner kitchen set at the back of the room on the right hand side. From here a doorway opens to a lovely bedroom suite, with a 5' king-size bed, and french doors that open to the garden and adjacent patio at the back of the cottage. An en-suite bathroom next door with a bath with an overhead shower is the finishing touch. The fully enclosed garden is a sunny spot and has a table and chairs, and barbecue, available for when al fresco dining is on the menu.
Little Hayman is located on the edge of the village, but it's only a short walk to some great places to eat - you really are spoilt for choice! The Coasthopper bus service runs regularly through the village and stops at all the coastal villages between Kings Lynn and Cromer if you feel like exploring further afield and want to leave the car behind. If you enjoy walking and/or birdwatching, the North Norfolk coastal path and Peddar's Way are on the doorstep, and Titchwell rspb Reserve is only a short drive away. Thornham has it's own beautiful wide expanse of sandy beach which is easily reached by foot and car.

Just right for us. All on one level yet with a private bedroom/en suite area which is very spacious. Lovely garden to sit out in. Lounge and kitchen area very well equipped. Another bonus for us is that Little Hayman is within easy walking distance from the 36 Coastliner bus route.

A very well presented holiday cottage. Everything you would need provided. Very clean and cosy. Excellent peaceful location. Would definitely stay again. We had seven days of sunshine. So very lucky!
