Very clean and very well equipped. Now has an airfryer which was a welcome addition to the kitchen appliances. There was some confusion over WiFi access - listed on one part of website as not being available but in fact it is. The biggest draw back to the property is the lack of parking - only one space to serve two properties. This is made clear on the website but what was not clear was where to find an alternative. We negotiated with a neighbour at the end of the road, who said it would be fine to park on the bit of waste ground by the stream, since the pathway/road was actually closed at that point. That proved to be the better option anyway because it avoided the sticky fall out from the trees close to the cottage!!

I had a lovely time - thank you

It's small but cosy and has everything needed. We (and our dog) particularly loved the view over the fields from the living room. We just hope she didn't bark too much... There are only 2 things we weren't so keen on: one is the garden not being fenced. It's enclosed but a part of it is only a hedge - our dog found the escape routes in less than 30 seconds. The other one is the mattress being not very comfortable, so OH ended up sleeping in the living room on the floor. But apart from that, it was an excellent holiday with lots of lovely walks :) Many thanks.
