The property sleeps two guests and makes a great base for a couple or two friends holidaying together. Take relaxing strolls from your front door along the River Yare, explore the sandy beaches of Norfolk’s east coast (15 miles), or enjoy a day of retail therapy in the historic city of Norwich (8 miles). In the evenings, sip a sundowner on the patio in the peaceful garden.

The stylish annexe sits within the grounds of the owner’s home. The accommodation is arranged across one level and the main living space is a bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In one corner you’ll find a cute kitchen area, with all the equipment needed to rustle up tasty dishes for two to share at the dining table or outside on the patio. At night, sink into one of the sumptuous armchairs to watch TV or read a book. The property has a pretty, twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Just outside the village is the wildlife haven of RSPB Strumpshaw Fen – the perfect place to get away from it all and embrace nature. For a day at the coast, the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just 16 miles away.
