Full oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Cot and highchair. Lawned garden and courtyard with garden furniture. Ample off road parking. No smoking.. Set on the owner’s working farm with designated farm walks, this delightful detached stable conversion has been converted to holiday accommodation of a high standard. It is light, bright and modern, but retains some character features of the old stables including vaulted ceilings and beams, and has wonderful views over open farmland. The ground floor comprises a living room with a cosy wood burner for those cooler evenings. The kitchen/dining room is well-equipped and French doors lead from here into the garden. A utility room houses the washing machine, and there is also a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. Going upstairs you enter a galleried twin bedroom which enjoys uninterrupted views over the farmland.

Just a 200-yard walk away is Thrigby Wildlife Gardens with Sumatran tigers, a red panda, snow leopards, amur leopards, clouded leopards, meerkats, gibbons, alligators, crocodiles, reptiles, a variety of bird and waterfowl and more.

The property is also conveniently situated for the wide sandy beaches at Winterton and Sea Palling, or the Broads at Filby and Ormesby. The popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is also within easy reach and offers a wider choice of traditional seaside entertainment including a 9-acre amusement park, pier, sealife centre and a model village.

Going inland within a few miles is the city of Norwich with its cathedral and castle. Why not take a sight-seeing tour round the city on an open top bus, then you can decide where to go to next! There is excellent fishing nearby. Shops 1 mile and pub 2 miles.
