Guests say

Guests consistently praise The Coach House for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent location. The property is well-equipped, offering a secure garden ideal for dogs and a cosy atmosphere with underfloor heating. Its proximity to Winterton, stunning beaches, and local amenities, along with the beautiful walks available, contribute to its charm. The cottage's character and thoughtful touches, such as Christmas decorations, are appreciated, although one mention of needed TLC suggests minor improvements could be made.

Reviews frequently highlight the property's cleanliness, with guests describing it as 'lovely and clean' and noting the fresh smell. One review suggested room for improvement, but overall, the high standard of cleanliness is evident.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, proximity to the beach, and local amenities. Guests enjoy the easy access to Winterton and the stunning walks, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.

The Coach House is repeatedly described as comfortable and cosy, with underfloor heating and comfy sofas. However, one guest mentioned the property being warm due to non-adjustable heating, slightly impacting the comfort score.

Facilities are generally regarded as well-equipped and suitable for guests' needs. The secure garden and well-equipped kitchen are highlights. A single mention of the property requiring some TLC indicates that while facilities are good, there is room for maintenance improvements.

While guests express appreciation for the property's character and the Christmas decorations provided, there is no mention of gifts or other thoughtful gestures that could be consistently expected by future guests. Therefore, a score cannot be given.

Such a lovely place to stay for New Year celebrations with the family. The property was comfortable and warm and an ideal location to walk to the beach to see the seal pupsMy only criticism is that it could have been cleaner.
