Set in a traditional Broadland village, the local pub serving good food and a shop are within 100 yards. Cycle hire, Hickling Water Trail, fishing, boat hire and Potter Heigham, all within 3 miles. Sandy beach with bathing 5 miles. Norwich 18 miles. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

Great location for explorering the broads, lovely garden well equipped pub 25 yards away, shop 50 yards. Nice wine & biscuits on arrival had a great stay

Rose Cottage is a perfect base for the broads. Very cosy little cottage and has everything you could possibly need and the garden is wonderful for dogs to run round. Great also that the pub and shop are so close by which is very handy.
