Set in a traditional Broadland village, the local pub serving good food and a shop are within 100 yards. Cycle hire, Hickling Water Trail, fishing, boat hire and Potter Heigham, all within 3 miles. Sandy beach with bathing 5 miles. Norwich 18 miles. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

A delightful and cosy cottage ideal for seeing Norfolk. Lovely touch with the wine ,biscuits and flowers. Would highly recommend this Lovely cottage.
