The property is well presented a well equipped. It immaculately clean and had a very nice basket of welcome items. Parking is on the street so you might not always be able to park directly outside the house, but we were never more than about 20-30 yards away. The sandy beach is within a 10 minute walk and there are pubs within a few minutes walk either side of the property, along with a Morrisons Express next to one the pubs. Funny enough, I always volunteered to pop to the store when needed. Great property.

POPPY COTTAGE HOPTON ON SEA The property was very clean and all the utensils were in excellent condition. This property is not a 6 person size any body with any walking problems will not be able to go up the steep small staircase so will not use the 1st floor. The single bedroom is off the main bedroom .So you have to go through it to use the bathroom. The garden does not see sun after 9.00am. Parking is on the road next to the Dentist so if you go out during the day you will not be able to park later until after 5pm.

What a terrific cottage! It has such a lovely atmosphere, lots of character, and is in a great location. We enjoyed walking to the local pubs for food, which are just minutes away, and the nearby shops were perfect for stocking up. The local beaches were lovely too.The cottage itself was immaculate, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches - it felt as though everything had been considered. The enclosed garden was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Parking is on the street and we got parking outside the house everyday for two cars in peak season - it was not a problem at all to park. We would definitely recommend this cottage!Tina and Steve were also wonderfully responsive and helpful!
