Fantastic property for a large group wanting to access the Broads. Photos don’t really do it justice. Boat hire next door were friendly and helpful. Views from the balcony are fantastic and it was always peaceful and quiet at night

We Love this House. Been coming for years now as fits our family perfectly. Ages from 9 to nearly 90Obviously will depend on ability of older generation as there are stairs and low toilets but with help and care we manage. Fantastic games room and cinema room. Love being able to relax watching the boats and nearby boat yard is always busy. Lots of stunning walks in countryside. Lovely friendly pub we like to visit in Martham with great family garden. We love it just hope my parents can keep enjoying it and making more memories together
