Take a short stroll to the sandy beach and Holme Dunes nature reserve, which has a 6-mile circular walk and affords sightings of the local seal colony. Fishing, day boat hire and sailing are found at Hickling, Martham and Filby Broads. Great Yarmouth is a fantastic day out for familys. Bewilderwood, the treetop adventure park and medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral and fine shopping, are just a short drive away. Golf and riding nearby. Beach 600 yards. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

A perfect setting for our first holiday with Rex our 13 month old Labrador. Lisa provided a warm welcome and Rex enjoyed his biscuit bones.Lots of bracing walks along the beach and a visit further up the coast to see the seals followed by a selection of good food (the fish pie was excellent) from the local pub and fish and chips on our first night (check their opening times). We only had lunch by the beach once due to the unpredictable weather but it was worth the visit.I am sure we will be back.
