This property enjoys a quiet location in the Norfolk countryside, alongside three other holiday cottages. The area naturally attracts those who enjoy the simple pleasures of spending time relaxing outdoors, taking country walks and cycle rides, and perhaps hiring a boat for the day on the nearby Norfolk Broads. It is easy to spend a day or two at the seaside too, as the property is situated within eighteen miles of beaches on the North Norfolk coast, including that in the popular seaside resort of Cromer. To the south, meanwhile, the city of Norwich is a great place for a day trip, with its impressive cathedral and 12th century Norman castle. On arrival at this property, guests will come first to an entrance hall where they will find plenty of space to leave their coats before continuing on into the lounge. This spacious 40 room has a rather grand feeling to it, with its sumptuous soft furnishings, a piano, TV/DVD, an open fire, and even a snooker table which is located to one end of the room behind the sofas. The separate dining room is a great place to celebrate special occasions and has a large marble topped table. Just next to the dining room, the kitchen has been thoughtfully planned to include everything that guests will need to prepare all their favourite meals, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Those who wish to do laundry whilst away will find a shared utility room which is separate to the property, offering a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. The property s four bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The first two bedrooms are both double rooms each with a four poster bed and its own en suite shower room offering a shower and WC. The remaining four bedrooms are twin room, three of which have regular sized single beds, whilst the other has a small child s bed and full sized raised cabin bed. The bathroom can also be found on the first floor and offers a shower over bath and WC, whilst there is a separate WC on the ground floor. Outside the property offers a private garden with a patio seating area, where guests will find garden furniture and a BBQ. The property also boasts a gorgeous indoor pool which is shared with the three other properties and, is fed with fresh spring water. In addition to this there is also a shared games room where guests will find a pool table, table tennis table, and a children s play area. There is off road parking available for five cars.
