This property enjoys an excellent location surrounded by the tranquil North Norfolk countryside, offering excellent opportunities to enjoy leisurely walks and scenic cycle rides to the many pretty villages and hamlets which are scattered throughout the local area. To the east of the property, the picturesque Norfolk Broads are only 15 miles away and make for a lovely place for a day trip, whilst the seaside resort of Cromer lies 18 miles to the north. For those who enjoy history and culture, the city of Norwich is just 12 miles to the south of the property. Guests staying at this property really can enjoy the best that the Norfolk countryside, town, and coast have to offer. The front door of this property opens from the Italianate courtyard into a hallway which gives guests somewhere to leave their coats before continuing through to the spacious lounge/diner. This homely room has comfortable seating in the lounge area, as well as a marble topped dining table off to one side. For entertainment there is a TV/DVD and a CD player, helping guests to enjoy a relaxed evening after a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen, meanwhile, is just next to the lounge/diner and has a hatch linking the two. Keen cooks will find everything they need here including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, whilst there are coin operated laundry facilities in a separate shared utility room. There are three bedrooms in the property which are all clustered together at one end of the house, just past the shower room with its shower and WC. The first bedroom, a double room with a canopied bed, benefits from an en suite WC. The second bedroom is a pleasant twin room, whilst the third is a peaceful single room. The property benefits from a private patio garden, for which there is garden furniture provided as well as a BBQ. In addition to this there is an excellent shared indoor swimming pool which measures 30 long and is fed by natural spring water. The shared games room is another fun addition to the complex and offers a children s play area, a pool table, and table tennis. There is off road parking for two cars.
