Snaptrip says

The Hayloft is a well-regarded holiday rental, praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and friendly owner. Guests appreciate the modern kitchen, peaceful rural setting, and additional features like a summer house by the brook. While some mention the steep stairs and limited headroom, the charm and tranquility of the property are consistently highlighted.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently report that The Hayloft is spotlessly clean, with only one mention of dirty dishes, which seems to be an isolated incident. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive experience of the guests.

The location is appreciated for its peacefulness and rural charm, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. Some guests find the narrow access roads and remote setting less convenient, but overall, the location is seen as a positive aspect.

The property is generally found to be comfortable, with a warm and cosy atmosphere. However, some guests mention a firm bed and limited headroom in places, which affects the comfort score slightly.

Facilities are well-regarded, with a modern kitchen and good amenities. Maintenance issues are minimal, though some guests note slow Wi-Fi and space restrictions. The steep stairs are mentioned as a potential issue for some guests.

While the reviews reflect a friendly and helpful owner, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.
