The accommodation is well presented, spacious, and all on one level. The enclosed garden has a small wooded area where children can make dens and let their imagination run wild or feed the chickens and ducks in the orchard. This is the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday at any time of the year.

Parking: Shingle parking area for two cars within garden. Further parking available by arrangement with the owners.

Also Provided: Books and games, highchair, travel cot, (possible stairgate on request) hairdryer. Shed for storage of bicycles, fishing and walking equipment etc.

Pets: Two dogs welcome - to be kept under control at all times for the protection of wildlife and farm animals. Please be aware of booking information regarding pets.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - strong. Honey Pippin is next to Summer Broaden and Hunters Majestic, and is perfect for groups wishing to holiday together whilst retaining their own space. No fireworks are permitted at any of these properties as they are on a working farm.

Horningtoft is a small village 5 miles south of Fakenham, surrounded by unspoilt countryside. It is an ideal base from which to explore Norfolk, you can have a day  at Fakenham race course, enjoy the wide open beaches and sand dunes of Holkham and Brancaster and the bustling quay side of Wells-next-the-Sea, which is a perfect location for crabbing are all only a short drive away. A little further afield is the ancient port of Kings Lynn or in the opposite direction the cathedral city of Norwich, where you will find theatres, museums, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes.
