The Coach House in Dereham is a well-regarded holiday cottage, praised for its peacefulness, privacy, and welcoming touches. Guests appreciate its convenient location, comfortable furnishings, and the thoughtful welcome packs provided. While some minor cleanliness and maintenance issues are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests enjoying repeat visits.
Most guests found The Coach House clean and well-kept, though a few mentioned minor cleanliness issues such as upholstery needing more attention. The property generally meets guests' expectations for tidiness.
The property's location is frequently described as quiet, private, and convenient for exploring Norfolk attractions. Its proximity to Dereham and ease of access to local amenities and walks contribute to its high location rating.
Guests find The Coach House comfortable, with several noting the cosy atmosphere and well-equipped spaces. However, some discomfort was mentioned due to draughts and uneven floors, slightly lowering the comfort score.
The facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and good outdoor amenities. Criticisms include overcrowded cupboards and a small freezer, indicating room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
