Enclosed garden and portable barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. Shared heated indoor swimming pool (9.75m x 4.88m, depth 1.07m-1.83m) open 1 hour per day (additional hours on request, at cost). Games room (shared). No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £50. There is a natural water supply from borehole. The pool is open all day; each cottage has use of the pool for one hour per day, bookable on arrival.

Additional swimming hours are available at cost, by prior arrangement. Swimming hats must BE worn IN THE pool.

Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.

There is a £50 security deposit payable on arrival, by cheque (no cards) to the owner, this will be refunded within a week of departure.
