Guests say

Pheasant Roost is a beautifully converted barn offering spacious, spotless accommodation with well-equipped facilities. Guests consistently praise the peaceful setting, large gardens, and the added bonus of a swimming pool and hot tub. The property is dog-friendly and ideal for families or groups seeking a quiet retreat. The owners are frequently described as friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming stay. While the hot tub and pool can be chilly in colder months and the hot tub is a short walk from the cottage, the overall experience is highly positive.

Multiple reviews highlight the property as clean, spotless, and well-maintained, with no negative comments regarding cleanliness.

Guests appreciate the peaceful, remote setting and proximity to amenities like a supermarket and dog-friendly pubs. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, though it may be a little remote for some.

The cottage is described as comfortable, spacious, and well laid out, with guests enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and private garden. The only minor drawback mentioned is the separate location of the hot tub.

Facilities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, and large garden are highly praised. Some guests noted the pool and hot tub can be cold in autumn, and the hot tub is not directly attached to the cottage.

The owners are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, taking pride in the property and ensuring guests have everything they need. While gifts are not mentioned, the attentive service stands out, though specific gestures cannot be guaranteed.

Beautiful barn conversion property with large open space inside, well equipped kitchen, garden for games, pool hot tub and seating area, where you can watch the horses graze. The hosts Paul and his wife are lovely. The area is remote and beautiful, just the we like it. We all absolutely loved it. In Norfolk we visited the muckleburgh military museum, which was fab. Would highly recommend
