Very spacious,very clean and tidy,cosy and comfortable.Not very close to amenities but that didn't bother us.Excellent views of the local wildlife from the large living room windows.Barn Owl,Roe and Muntjac deer,Hare and rabbit,lots of pheasants and red legged partridge amongst others were seen.Fully recommend Peartree and we will return.

Our stay was in January but the cottage was warm and cosy, the management and owners quicky tried to deal with two small issues that arose. Beautiful views over the fields to enjoy the wildlife that surrounded this delightful barn conversion. Would recommend if you want a quiet and comfortable break

Accessed via narrow country roads. Has a securely gated car park area. A convenient location for the coast and north Norfolk including Thursford.
