A few rugs on the floor is the only thing I can think of to absorb some of the echoes, with it been all open plan.

Lovely lodge, equipped with everything we needed. Good location for us on this trip. Common just up the road for dog walks. Small local shop. Lodge looks out onto open countryside, interesting watching horses in field on site. We had a very enjoyable stay and would book again if we need to be in that area.
