Ashton Lodge is a beautifully presented detached, family owned contemporary lodge, situated in the village of Tattershall on Tattershall Lakes Country Park, near to the city of Lincoln. A welcome pack containing a bottle of prosecco, a selection of teas, coffees, milk, biscuits & some other kitchen and bathroom essentials will be available upon your arrival. Stepping into the lodge, you’ll be greeted by an entrance hall, which hosts ample hanging space for jackets and coats and a chest of drawers for additional storage. Beyond here is a lovely spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, which is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, offering double glass patio doors leading to a veranda where you can sit back, relax & unwind with a glass of prosecco. Cook up a hearty meal for your loved ones in the well-appointed kitchen, which includes a double oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, a slimline dishwasher and dining seating for four. Alternatively, unwind in the indulgent sitting area, which features a 50-inch 4K Smart TV with Bluetooth speakers, a charming feature fireplace and cosy seating, which can flexibly be used as a double sofa bed to accommodate further guests. For all your utility needs during your stay, a utility room including a sink and integrated washer/dryer machine can be found ahead of this area. Adjacent to this is a well-fitted luxurious family bathroom, complete with a WC, hand basin and a full-size bath with a power shower overhead. On the veranda is a bubbling hot-tub for the ultimate relaxation experience, you can take a soak in the hot-tub before retiring for the evening wearing the luxury robes provided by the lodge. A leisurely stroll will bring you to the 15th century National Trust Tattershall Castle, and the Grade I listed Holy Trinity Church. Tattershall Lakes Country Park itself has 365 acres of communal woodland, park & lakes. Tattershall is a pretty little village which rests in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire. It is served by a small selection of amenities including two pubs, one of which is Grade II listed, along with a choice of convenience stores and a traditional sweet shop. It also boasts a selection of historical landmarks including its own 15th century castle and the Grade I listed Holy Trinity Church. Tattershall sits equidistant from both Boston and the county town, Lincoln, which both benefit from a wide range of amenities, splendid architecture and things to do.
