We had a problem with losing a key and the services provided were inadequate. On a Saturday afternoon in August the local office was closed and the Hoseasons agent was unable to raise the owners, local office or cleaners. The only solution they offered was to call out a locksmith at our expense. We declined that because of the cost but were fortunately able to track down the lost key thanks to the kind person who took it in to the office of a local house we had visited. The owner phoned us the next day and left a message but we weren’t able to respond to that because we had no number to call.

The Snug is a very good choice for anyone needing a one bedroom apartment in a central location in Bowness, the living/dinning room is a nice size and comfortable, so is the bedroom which has a comfortable king size bed, the kitchen has everything needed but it's a bit of a drama to access the fridge contents which definitely needs a slight redesign, the shower cubicle is a nice size with powerful shower. Overall our experience was relaxing, I will probably book again for late next year.

Great accommodation the only comments would be that more instructions on how to operate the TV would be helpful.Also could do with more clothes hangers in wardrobe as there was only one.Other than that a great flat with everything you need, would definitely stay again
