The apartment was well located, clean, tidy and well equipped. It was smaller than expected and the space was compromised, especially the bedroom and there was not much storage. The apartment felt cold, dark and damp despite being about 25 degrees outside, the heating didn't work properly or the heated towel rail which meant towels stayed wet.

Modern newly built apartment, has everything you need, perfect for 2 people. Outside space is beautifully maintained and you're next to a flowing river. Great location to explore Lake District, 10 minutes away from Windermere. Bedroom is on the small side and the bed just about fits! Bed is very comfortable but on the small side and a tight fit for 2 tall adults. For the price paid we would have expected to have shampoo and shower gel and only 1 toilet roll provided for the duration of our stay.

Due to the hob extractor fan not working it was impossible to cook anything, not even toast in the toaster without setting off the unbearably loud smoke alarm.Also we found that the sofa was not comfortable to sit on.
