The property has a very comfortable layout, the kitchen is great and has everything you need including a fridge with a small freezer compartment and two caffetieres. The double bed is very comfortable, bathroom a good size and it's nice to sit out on the bench overlooking the lake and the hills beyond. A great place!

Property was clean and in quiet location. Beds comfortable, nice towels, good shower for electric tho water slow to drain away. Kitcken compact but fine for occasional cooking. Plenty hot water. Nice view of lake. TV is tiny, furnishings not the newest but totally functional tho we found the grey sofa hard and uncomfortable. Location fine for us coz we walk everywhere but not so good if you don't. Walk up steep drive then a good walk to Windermere or Bowness along busy road with fast traffic. Not that pleasant. Bus stops close by and good for visiting other places.
