This delightful apartment is situated on Helm Road, in an elevated position above the bustling town of Bowness. Briarwood has a balcony offering pleasant views towards Claife Heights and surrounding fells and has private parking ensuring that the pleasures of this busy town can be accessed on foot and a selection of walks can be taken from the door. Golf is also available nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Great location to the town center with easy access to tesco and co-op.Modern kitchen and bathroom with all amenities required. Only downside was the heating which resets a couple times a day to about 20 degrees (7am and some other point in time) which was too warm for us and the windows wouldn't stay open either to help cool. The spare bedroom door wouldn't shut properly and rattles.Headboard also rattled in the main bedroom which woke us when turning over at night.
