No hot water for 2 evenings and 2 mornings. Stains on bed sheets. Kitchen equipment was dirty. Could not contact the owner neither could cottages.com. Neighbours were very noisy in hot tub until 2am on Friday and Saturday night.

the cottage was a nice place to stay for a few days. overall the experience was good however we had a small isue with not getting consistent hot water. we had to take about 5 minute showers before the water got cold and had to wait half an hour to a hour between showers to let the water warm up. nice area about 20mins from penrith and keswick. nice hikes. something to note shower is slightly claustrophobic. no cell reception in the area and the stairs are steep.
