From M6 Junction 40, take the A66 west for approximately 1.9 miles.1. Turn right, signposted Newbiggin.2. At the junction with the B5288 at Clickham Inn, turn left, signposted Greystoke.3. In the centre of Greystoke, turn right at the Monument.4. Just after leaving Greystoke, turn left, signposted Johnby (1.25 miles).5. Continue through Johnby to the crossroads, approximately 2.7 miles beyond Johnby.6. Turn left, signposted Newsham (0.5 mile).7. Thanet Well Park is the second turning on the left, just past Duke Meadows.

Late ArrivalsThe reception team will contact you by phone or email within 72 hours before your arrival.If you expect to arrive after 5:30pm, please let the team know during this call or by replying to their email.On the day of arrival, the resort will contact all guests shortly before reception closes to provide your lodge number and instructions on how to access your accommodation.If there is no answer, the team will leave a voicemail and follow this up with an email to the lead booker.For late arrivals, your lodge will be left unlocked and the key will be placed inside. The resort will provide all relevant information and access instructions by phone, voicemail and/or email.

Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £6.00 each. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.

Travel CotsA travel cot can be requested as part of your booking.Please be aware of the following:• Bedding is not provided.• The mattresses supplied are folding, thin and firm, as provided by the manufacturer.• You must follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.• Do not use an additional mattress or padded bedding, such as pillows or quilts.• Please bring your own suitable bedding, such as an infant sleeping bag.• Contact reception for mattress dimensions if required.• Travel cots may not fit in the double/master bedrooms of some accommodation units. Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Darwin Escapes will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

Parking: Please note there is only one allocated parking space per lodge. Any additional cars will be parked on the gravelled areas near the reception building. Please read Darwin Escapes’ park rules found here.

Group Bookings/Party Types: A security deposit may be requested on arrival.

Work Parties: No Work vehicles or workwear will be permitted on site. Unauthorised work parties will not be permitted to stay at the resort.

Please note: Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from being charged using the electricity supply provided by the accommodation.

Guests must not use the accommodations electricity sockets or other power supplies to charge electric vehicles.
