Not far is Go Ape, which offers tree top and zip wire experiences, or just down the road is Old Hall Farm in Bouth. This working Victorian farm has steam engines, shire horses and farm machinery, and you can enjoy tractor driving or ploughing, and fresh milk is available at the gate. After a day of enjoying yourselves, sit back and watch the sun go down from the small decked patio in the garden. Borran Annex is the ideal bolt hole for visiting the southern Lakes. Beach 10 miles.
