Unfortunately, a few small problems with 13, Treetops. There was only one key which can be difficult if parties want to go out separately. The bath plug had no chain so had to use a knife to get it out of the bath each time we had a bath. No welcome pack or information. Problems with the TV connecting to internet. We did phone your office while we were there but didn't hear back. Apart from that, lovely stay and would book a different chalet next time.

We could not find a way to turn on the heating, which would have been welcomed on returning to the Lodge soaked through.

The holiday home was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely return.
