It sits in an ideal location, slightly away from the main busy tourist areas but with a car, many of the visitor sites in the Lakes can be reached with ease. There is parking off road for two medium size cars. The enclosed garden in this case is enclosed (I have been to a few which say they are but are not and with a very energetic dog who can jump certain heights with ease, this can be a worry). There is a Booths food store nearby and fabulous butchers as well as many places to eat out.
