The Loft was stylish, clean and welcoming and the communication we had with David was excellent. There was a welcome pack with all sorts of goodies left for us to enjoy on arrival which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, due to one of our dogs becoming very poorly, we had to cut our visit short and David was kind enough to follow up with a text message asking how our dog was recovering which was again much appreciated.
