The walks directly from Glenridding are fantastic. The facilities in the village are perfect for essentials. The cottage is well equipped, the beds were really comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the bush in the front garden blocks the amazing view out the lounge window. We will definitely be rebooking, as due to Storm Kathleen and the huge amount of rain, we have unfinished business with helvellyn and Place Fell.

The cottage was warm, comfortable and well equipped with amazing views. The location was ideal for walks from the door and we would definitely stay again.

Walks straight from the door. Very short walk to amenities, local inn less than five mins. The property itself was very clean and homely. I would recommend and certainly book this property again.
