Great stay, really well equipped in terms of towels, kitchen products, tea-towels, toilet rolls etc - more so than any other cottage I have stayed in. Could do with a new tin opener, but that's about it - very happy!

The Cottage is in a very peaceful area of Gosforth Cumbria & set on a working farm but was still peaceful. It's the sort of place that you go to unwind, walk or read.There is a double bedroom with an ensuite & 2 rooms that have twin beds & a family bathroom with a walkin shower.There's a conservatory leading into a sitting room which then leads to a kitchen dinner...a farmhouse table that seats six comfortably. There is also a utility room where the washing machine is, you get to this through the conservatory.The owner of the farm is Peter & he is a lovely gentleman.They tell me it rains in Cumbria but we had wall to wall sunshine.Seascale beach is 10 min by car & 50 min walking ..... where there is a fish n chip shop which does gluten free & an ice cream parlour which also does gluten free

We have stayed at the cottage for the last 6 years because its location is perfect for us. The cottage is roomy and comfortable and as it is on a farm there is a lot of outside space to sit in if the weather is good.. we use it as a home from home when we visit the area every year.
